Location: Mapusa, Bardez, Goa

We are looking for a performance-driven Marketing Executive to take charge of digital advertising, website tools and campaign growth for our D2C e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities

– Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other social media platforms.
– Coordinate with agencies to set up and run ad campaigns efficiently.
– Identify and collaborate with the right influencers to promote brand visibility.
– Plan and execute on-ground marketing events and product activations.
– Track and analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools.

Requirements

– 2–3 years of experience in running ad campaigns and performance marketing.
– Good grasp of campaign setup, optimization, and audience targeting.
– Proficiency in Excel and other office tools.
– Understanding of analytics dashboards and the ability to interpret marketing data.
– Excellent organization, communication, and execution skills.

Preferred: Candidates residing close to Mapusa.
