About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Marketing Executive to manage social media accounts for our company and clients. The role involves planning content, creating engaging posts and videos, managing campaigns, and building an online presence that supports brand awareness, enquiries, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client goals, promotions, and brand guidelines.
Create and publish posts, carousels, stories, reels, and short videos.
Write clear, engaging captions and calls to action tailored to each platform.
Coordinate with clients and team members to collect content, obtain approvals, and meet publishing deadlines.
Visit client locations across Goa to capture photos and videos when required.
Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries promptly, escalating customer issues when necessary.
Set up, monitor, and optimise paid social media campaigns within approved budgets.
Track campaign results, including reach, engagement, website visits, leads, and cost per lead.
Prepare monthly reports with practical recommendations for improvement.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and relevant local events.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure permission to use images, music, and other content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant practical experience will also be considered.
Experience managing business social media accounts, supported by work samples or a portfolio.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
Ability to create graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
Basic photography, video shooting, and short-form video editing skills.
Strong written English, attention to detail, and an ability to adapt content to different brands.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and social media performance metrics.
Good communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel to client locations across Goa for content creation and meetings.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing lead generation campaigns and tracking conversions.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM links, and social media scheduling tools.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar creative software.
Experience coordinating influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns.
Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or working with local businesses.
Knowledge of Konkani or Hindi for local content and client communication.
Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based in Goa, with client visits and content shoots as required. Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed for events, campaigns, or scheduled social media coverage.
Salary: Based on experience, portfolio, and practical skills.
