Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Event Executive to join our team. As an Event Executive, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing events from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with clients to understand event requirements, goals, and preferences.
– Plan event timelines and schedules, ensuring all activities are on track.
– Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visuals, and decor.
– Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely deliveries.
– Supervise setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
– Handle any issues that arise during events, finding quick solutions to minimize disruptions.
– Monitor event budgets, aiming to stay within allocated resources.
– Prepare post-event reports and collect feedback to continuously improve event quality.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
– Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
– Familiarity with event management software and tools.
– Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event planning.
