Overview

Key Working Relationships: Human Resource Executive will be working with Head of the department/units/other staff.

Essential Skills:
·      MBA with 3 years of experience/graduate with 6 years above equivalent experience in the same position.
·      Technical and functional skill

·      Achieving result

Essential Attributes: Interpersonal and communication, Leadership, Teamwork, Organisation, Conflict Management, Decision Making, Positive Attitude, Time Management. Well versed with PF, ESI & Labour Law

Hours of Work: 8.30 hrs.

Job Responsibilities:

Administration & Planning

Recruiting, hiring suitable candidates and training new employees.
Assist the Administrative Director with the development, action plan, evaluation, reporting, and progress of long term and short-term plans.
Monitor office infrastructure by maintaining secure systems to hold confidential and sensitive information with the Administrative Director.
Check the Daily Productivity Reports of the staff and send a compiled weekly report to the Administrative Director
Review the quarterly compiled reports/publications and present it to the Administrative Director and the Managing Director.
Monitor individual pay action by conducting appraisals/Staff evaluations on time through the respective In-charges/Line supervisors and submit to the Manager and improve employee performance

Operations
Reviewing & Updating the policies and procedures with the Administrative Director.
Joining formalities and induction to new employees and submission of all relevant HR letters/documents of employees in consultation with the management.
Operating punching machine and updating staff details on Biometrics
Keeping a record of leaves (Privilege Leave/ Casual Leave/ Sick Leave)
Conducting exit interviews with the Administrative Director.
Update Children’s activity planner/ beach programme/outing for a vacation with the Manager.
Process Salaries and payroll of the employees on a monthly basis with the Manager and submit to Accounts Dept.

HRIS- Human Resource Information System
Ensure all processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained.
Convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees and look after their welfare.
Update all Employee records and maintain Individual staff files and staff movement chart.
Perform a wide variety of responsible secretarial, technical, and administrative duties:  activity planner, meetings, and various events assigned for staff and monitor correspondence.
Organize /conduct training, workshops, and development programs for the staff in coordination with partner organizations with the Manager

Miscellaneous
Supervise and visit homes/shelters
Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Coordinate pre-employment screening as may be required
Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping Human Resource information confidential.
