Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Should Have updated knowledge of MSIL and competition products.
– Should Have properly maintained Executive Kit.
– Must be well groomed with proper uniform as prescribed by Maruti.
– Needs to be courteous and soft spoken while dealing with customers.
– Generation of enquiry
– Conducting/ Execution of events.
– Greeting the Customer – “Welcome to Maruti Suzuki Arena/Nexa/Commercial/True Value” as they enter the showroom premises.
– Handover the visiting card to customer.
– Keep Mobile in Silent Mode while discussion with the customer &take permission before leaving the discussion table.
– Probing and understanding customer needs
– Demonstrate features and options on all vehicles in inventory
– Pitching suitable product/Car variant.
– Give proper DEMO of the car to the customer and offer test drive of the vehicle.
– Probe and advise customer on suitable models with finance options.
– Provide E- Quote, E – Brochure to the customer.
– Ensure proper communication of schemes, offers according to different variants to the customer
– Ensure enquires are captured in system/ Digital capturing of customer details.
– Should take Routinely follow ups such as home visits, Test drives, calling prospective buyers to generate new business when necessary.
– Once the booking is taken, Punched and payment receipts to be handed over to customer
– Complete finance / cash payments.
– Be present during delivery
– Make sure the process of delivery is smooth
