Experience: 1+ years into Sales or Customer support
– Resolve customer issues, questions, concerns over calls, whatsapp, emails etc.
– End-to-End account handling from lead generation to post sales feedback.
– Prepare and update customer inquiries list and follow up.
– Coordinate with vendors for daily orders and new products.
– Excellent English Communication skills (Written and Spoken)
– Excellent Hindi Spoken Communication Skills
– Hands on experience with MS Excel
