Position Title: – Trainee, Customer Support & Order Processing
Location: – Verna, Goa
Work Experience: – 0 to 1 years
Educational & Technical: – Any Graduate
What You’ll Do
§ Responsible for Marketing Research.
§ Handling Sales Order, Packaging, Invoice, shipment and closing the order on woo commerce.
§ Coordinating with the courier Partners.
§ Customer Support.
§ Coordinating with the local channel partners.
§ Resolving the customer query tickets on Zoho Desk.
§ Responsible for website & Amazon order processing.
§ Responsible for finding out about the events and coordinating with the organizers.
§ Responsible for contributing information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
§ Submission of MIS Reports to the Management..

§ Good English proficiency.
§ Good communication skills to be able to talk to customers.
§ Should be reliable and intelligent.

§ Aggressive & Enthusiastic.
§ Good Convincing, Negotiation Skills.
