Overview

Job Responsibilities:

·         Interacting with Customers /Key Sales Contacts and Understanding their Query Related To Product, Price & Lead Time of Delivery.
·         Prepare Price Quotation for Customers, Offer it to Customer/Key Sales Contact.
·         Co-ordinate with Customer/Key Sales Contact, Plant & Design Dept. for Smooth Order Processing of all products.
·         Order processing (PI/OC – Payment-IJC-Delivery).
·         Checking all Open PI’s and follow up with clients. / Reminders.
·         Co-ordination with Plant for commitment date, communicate with Customer if there are any delays,
·         Forward Dispatch related information/Documents to the Customer
·         Follow up with Customers for Payment, Co-ordinate With A/C’s Dept. for Payment Confirmations.
·         Maintaining Stock of Samples, Documentation for dispatch on Samples, Sample dispatch Costs
·         Monthly MIS /Performance Reports like On Time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, Recovery & Pending Payments
·         Monthly Review of Ledgers in consultation with accounts.
·         In case of absence of Dispatch officer handle responsibilities assigned to him.
