Position:- Deputy Manager/Manager, Sales
Location – Verna, Goa
Experience – 5+ years’ experience into, Horeca Sales, Business development & developing B2B Sales strategy.
Education: – Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop the B2B strategy for Coffeeza.
§ Responsible for Institutional Selling to Premium Hotels & Hospitality sector.
§ Develop & build strong reseller / channel partner/ distributor network.
§ Can also get out products listed in Modern Trade stores (Tata Croma, Big Bazaar, Nature’s Basket etc.)
§ Attend & participate in product launches, networking events, exhibitions, B2B trade shows and interact with distributors / resellers during such shows.
§ Giving Product Demos / Presentations.
§ Demonstrate coffee machines and beverages to customers at Events & Exhibitions.
§ Marketing Research, e-mail campaigns of company’s products.
§ Follow up with customers over email, phone and responsible for generating leads and growing sales.
§ Responsible for customer data base management on respective sheets, CRM Software & ERP.
§ Submitting MIS Reports to the management.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
§ 5+ years’ experience into Business development & developing B2B Sales strategy.
§ Excellent written and verbal communication.
§ Willing to work in an Individual contributor Role.
§ Experience in B2B Sales & Strategy development.
§ Aggressive in Sales, Enthusiastic can work under pressure
