Job Summary
Terminal Banquets at Caculo Mall, Panjim is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Food & Beverage Associates to join our banquet team. The role involves assisting in food and beverage service during events, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in setting up banquet halls as per event requirements.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure tables are properly arranged, clean, and well-presented.
Support buffet setup and replenishment during events.
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth event execution.
Follow hygiene, grooming, and service standards at all times.
Handle guest queries politely and escalate issues when required.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Hotel Management (preferred).
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in F&B or banquets is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Well-groomed and presentable personality.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of food service etiquette.
Team-oriented and energetic approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.
