Job Summary
Caculo Motors – Honda Service Division is looking for an experienced Bodyshop Team Leader to oversee body repair operations and lead a team of denters and painters. The role is responsible for ensuring high-quality accident repairs, maintaining productivity targets, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction as per Honda standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily bodyshop operations including denting, painting, and accident repairs.
Allocate repair jobs and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure repairs are carried out as per Honda manufacturer guidelines.
Conduct final quality inspections before vehicle delivery.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and insurance surveyors for claim approvals.
Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and minimize rework.
Maintain job cards, repair estimates, and workshop documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety and workplace standards.
Train and mentor team members to improve technical skills and efficiency.

Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
5–7 years of experience in bodyshop operations, preferably in an authorized dealership.
Strong knowledge of denting, painting, panel replacement, and accident repair procedures.
Experience handling insurance claim processes.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Honda dealership bodyshop is an added advantage.
Knowledge of repair estimation systems.
Strong focus on quality control and customer satisfaction.
