Job Summary
Caculo Earthmovers, Verna – Goa, is looking for dynamic and technically skilled Service Engineers to handle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of construction equipment. The role involves field service support, troubleshooting, and ensuring maximum machine uptime while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Perform servicing, maintenance, and breakdown repairs of construction equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using diagnostic tools.
Attend on-site service calls and provide timely solutions.
Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and machine commissioning.
Maintain accurate service reports and job documentation.
Coordinate with parts department for required spares.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
Support customers with technical guidance and preventive maintenance advice.
Requirements
Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in servicing construction or heavy equipment.
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, engines, and electrical systems.
Willingness to travel for field service within Goa and nearby regions.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid driving license preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with construction equipment dealerships.
Familiarity with diagnostic software and tools.
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
