Overview
Responsibilities:
She/He would be leading the sales for their Managed Services team, which involves
• Target driven approach for achieving monthly sales targets
• Tracking & managing inbound leads
• Outbound lead creation
• Client calling & Lead qualification• Follow-up on qualified leads
• Explaining MS service proposition, understanding e-com business requirements & handling queries
• Commercial discussion & negotiations
• Final contract closure
• Handover to the Onboarding team
• Maintaining manual & system data for analyzing sales & closure performance
• Report on numbers to the management team
• Coordination with the marketing team for lead generation activities
• Coordination with operations teams for business insights
• Ensure overall growth of the business.
Desired Profile:
• Min 3 years experience in B2B sales ( E-commerce background preferred)
• Min Graduate (MBA Preferred)
• Excellent verbal & writing communication skills
• Great communication skills, both in English & Hindi
• Good Excel & PPT skills
