Overview

You must have:

1-3 years of experience in client handling/relationship manager role
1-3 years of experience in managing a team
Great communication skills, both in Hindi and English.
Great time management and organizational skills
A calm demeanor such that you are able to handle pressure situations which are bound to happen.
Great tracking & recording skills.
Rockstar skills with modern tools like Excel, Google Docs etc.
Good to have: Some experience in ecommerce.
On a typical day, you would:

Manage a team of operations executives
Assign work on a daily basis to the operational team under you
Address customer complaints on phone and email.
Coordinate with our clients’ staff to make sure we have up to date inventory data.
Report on numbers to the management team and the client.
Generate more and more sales for the clients.
