Overview

You must have:

5-8 years experience in managing a portfolio of a large number of mid sized clients/SMEs
2 to 3 years operational experience in the e-commerce industry.
Superlative client management skills and business sense
Excellent communication skills, both in Hindi and English
Superior leadership skills
Ninja-level skills with MS Excel
Exposure to business software like ERPs, Inventory systems, Accounting packages or other such
Number cruncher and Analytical bent of mind
 

What your job will entail:
Manage and build relations with a portfolio of 500-1000 clients.
Manage a 50-80 member team of Account Manager and Account Executives
Ensure that all the operations and processes of the clients are running smoothly
Handle and resolve escalations
Introduce and implement process improvements
Keep the clients happy and ensure that their business runs smoothly across all marketplaces
