Experience: 1+ yrs in Customer Service, Tele Sales, Inbound or Outbound Call Center
Salary: upto 15k.
Timing : Monday – Saturday, Day shift
Job Description
1. Providing information on products and platform to customers over call.
2. Handling servicing requests of customers
3. Ensuring good followups and conversions
4. Giving demos to customers on zoom if required
5. Ensuring status and trackers are timely updated
6. Generating quotations for every enquiry and sharing with customers
7. Getting required technical and operations support to help customer queries
