Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Recruitment Officer to join our Security Manpower Service Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle of security guards, ensuring timely sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding of qualified personnel from multiple states and regions.

Travel Requirement: Periodic travel across states and regions

Key Responsibilities:

– Creative Sourcing: Identify and attract security guard candidates through innovative sourcing strategies across diverse states and regions.
– Recruitment Cycle Management: Handle the complete process from candidate outreach, screening, and shortlisting to interview scheduling and final selection.
– Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring smooth integration of new recruits into the organization.
– Compliance & Clearances: Oversee completion of mandatory physical evaluations, police verifications, and background checks.
– Database Management: Maintain updated records of candidates, recruitment pipelines, and compliance documentation.
– Collaboration: Work closely with operations and field teams to align recruitment with manpower requirements.
– Travel: Undertake periodic travel to different regions for recruitment drives, interviews, and liaison with local agencies.

Qualifications & Skills:

– Graduate in Business / Commerce / HR
– Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within manpower or security services.
– Strong networking and sourcing skills across multiple regions.
– Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
– Willingness to travel periodically for recruitment activities.
