Overview

Job Responsibilities:

Assisting in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes.

Arranging & conducting Interviews,Initial screening the candidates through Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed, and so on) and Campus Placements.

Designing Job Description according to the Departmental requirements, and Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly.

Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities, Maintain and regularly update personal database of each employee .

Training and development- Planning and Preparing the training Calender for the employees and follow up the same.

Co-ordinate Training and development activities.

Performance Appraisals & Performance Management.

Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters, documents, certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management

Procuring all the leave applications, on duty forms and forwarding it for salary process and records.

Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.

Monitoring the movements of employees by authorizing gate pass system.

Ensuring the employees will wear id cards and maintain safety regulation.

Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.

Monitoring housekeeping staff, canteen facilities, toilets and washing facilities, general admin functions.
