Role in the organization:
Amura is looking for a digital media enthusiast who is talented and passionate about social media. The ideal candidate must have extensive social media experience on various channels including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn. Agency experience preferred. With a creative bent of mind along with excellent communication skills, the Candidate must develop innovative social strategies and must have a proven ability to carry the strategy forward through implementation and deliver results. The candidate must have a strong understanding of social sentiment, viral marketing and user behavior in a digital environment. Knowledge of Ad copy for digital campaigns, video scripts, social media, blog posts and a certain amount of offline collateral is a must. The role also involves ideation for campaigns and social media engagement activities.
Responsibilities:
Compose/publish engaging posts for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram).
Set up social media posts (language, tone, message) according to our target audience’s behavior.
Select engaging pictures and videos to complement the content.
Work together with the design team to get the creatives done.
Manage and update our social media pages with compelling news about our company.
Facilitate internal teams to create promotional posts for events, open jobs, product releases, etc.
Analyze data and report on insights (e.g. traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates, etc).
Apply advertising methods to boost brand awareness like promotions and competitions.
Respond to questions/comments of our followers on social media in a timely and appropriate manner.
Associate with customers and industry experts.
Desired skills and experience:
? 1+ year of experience in social media marketing, marketing communication or journalism
? Graduate in Marketing, Mass Media/Journalism
? Proficiency in the English language and accuracy in grammar
? Highly creative and imaginative. Self-motivated and eager to learn
? Keen attention to detail. The ability to work in a collaborative environment under tight deadlines
