Team Lead – Web Associates

Overview

As part of the web design and online marketing team, we are now looking to hire a generalist manager. The role is a mix of tasks done by Team Leads + Client Servicing manager.

The key job responsibilities will include

Client servicing

• You will work to ensure client satisfaction with our product or service. You will be the primary point of contact for a client or customer. Job tasks include directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of projects, fielding customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints. 
• You will also streamline business operations, provide product training to customers, discuss technical aspects about a product and oversee marketing campaigns.
• You will implement industry best practices and share digital trends with clients.

Team Lead

• Manage and mentor a team of web associates
• Update and maintain work reporting and tracking for your team

Who will be suited for this profile

Someone from the digital background (web/social) will definitely have an edge in performing this role. However, the key skills needed are people management and client relationship management. So if you are a web designer or social media person and looking for the next jump in your career or if you are team leader/client servicing manager in a different industry but open to explore our beloved digital industry, then the role will suit/excite you.

MBA’s with 0-2 years experience and interest in marketing/sales will also find this role stimulating and rewarding.
