About the Role:
Join our management program as an AI Lab Mentor, helping MBA/PGDM students build real-world AI projects from scratch. You’ll work directly with the course designer, learning cutting-edge instruction techniques while guiding students through hands-on labs in Google Colab, API integration, and low-code AI application building. This is a unique opportunity to shape how the next generation of business leaders think about AI – while building your own teaching and technical portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate dynamic lab sessions where students prototype AI-powered solutions using real tools (OpenAI APIs, Gemini, etc.).
- Guide students through the full project lifecycle—from concept to deployment.
- Help troubleshoot technical challenges and celebrate breakthroughs.
- Continuously scout emerging AI tools and integrate them into course modules.
- Maintain and improve lab materials and live demos based on student feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or related field who’s excited about both building and teaching.
- You’re comfortable in Python and Google Colab, familiar with APIs and low-code platforms.
- You can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Fresh graduates with strong project portfolios are especially welcome.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, or similar APIs.
- Portfolio of personal projects (automation, web apps, AI experiments).
- Passion for how AI impacts business or education.
- Track record of mentoring peers or teaching would be an advantage.
