Overview

Responsibilities:
– Assist in day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
– Handle data entry, documentation, and file management using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
– Collaborate with internal and client teams to compile, organize, and present data effectively.
– Support preparation of reports, trackers, and process documentation.
– Identify opportunities for workflow and efficiency improvements.
– Maintain clear communication and task updates with remote teams.
– Uphold confidentiality and ensure secure handling of client data.
– Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and retention — delivering consistent quality, reliability, and proactive communication. Client retention is a key performance priority.

Qualifications:
– Graduate from any stream.
– 1–2 years of continuous professional experience in operations, administration, or a corporate setup.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Offi ce applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy & effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Prior exposure to supporting international clients.
