Adreso is recruiting a Sr. Business Development Executive to join an experiential tour company based in Goa. If you’re ready to represent the company’s brand, drive strategies to increase product awareness, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

What we are looking for:

– Ability to represent the company’s brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
– Proficiency in researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s sales and marketing goals.
– Capacity to maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
– Possession of in-depth knowledge and understanding of current and upcoming projects in Government or private sectors.
– Skills in preparing quotations and contracts according to client requirements and maintaining status/conversion updates.
– Strong analytical abilities to analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
– Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
– Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
– Resourcefulness, demonstrated through outstanding research skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eagerness to tackle challenges.
– Dedication to teamwork.
– Strong organizational and creative thinking skills.
