What we are looking for:
– Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduation in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
– Fluent in Konkani.
– 4-8 years of sales experience, preferably in transportation or logistics.
– Knowledge of the local transportation market and existing relationships with cab operators.
– Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Willingness to work 6 days a week in Goa, with occasional travel.
– Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer applications.
– Ability to develop, formulate, and execute strategies to manage cab supply & demand, analyze market dynamics, consumer trends & competitor activities to optimize cab availability & utilization.
– Drive the expansion of cab supply network by identifying, onboarding, and retaining new cab operators, drivers, and fleet owners.
– Proven track record in setting and achieving ambitious sales targets focused on cab supply-demand management.
– Collaborate closely with internal teams to align cab supply efforts with business objectives and contribute to product enhancements and service improvements.
– Lead and motivate a sales team focused on cab supply-demand management, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
– Utilize strong number-crunching abilities to analyze supply and demand data, forecast cab utilization, and optimize pricing strategies, ensuring cost-effective sales initiatives.
– Develop compelling sales materials tailored to cab operators – fleet owners, ensuring consistency & quality in all written communication and collateral.
