Adreso is hiring Guest Relation Executives for a Premium Hospitality Group in North Goa.
Are you a dynamic and service-oriented individual with prior experience in premium hospitality? If so, we want to hear from you!
What we are looking for:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
Knowledge of premium hospitality services and ability to upsell services.
Ability to coordinate with departments for guest requests, including reservations and entertainment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, resolve guest issues, and address needs promptly and efficiently.
Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for VIP engagement.
Collaborate seamlessly with the GRE Services Supervisor and team.
Fluent in Hindi and English; South Indian language proficiency is a plus.
