JOB PURPOSE: To execute property sales (selling holiday homes- apartments and villas) in order to achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high quality customer service; and identifying opportunities to increase sales volume, market shares and profitability leading to the growth of future business.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall target of the company.
•Understanding business implications of decisions.
•Demonstrates knowledge of the market/competition and aligns work with strategic goals.
•Providing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
•Develop and increase business by following up and managing potential leads effectively with a face to face presentation, meeting and site visit with clients and providing them excellent customer service.
•Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.(Domestic & International)
Candidate should possess:
>Good communication and negotiation skills
>Fast learner and good listener
>Flexible with timing and eager to hit quarterly targets.
