Role: Content Developer – Training Content
Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

Work Location: Cortalim, Goa (Verna)

Experience & Skills:
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (must be able to write grammatically correct English and should be well versed with spoken English & Hindi)
• Analytical bend of mind (must be able to analyze training requirements logically and provide solution that is practical & easy to develop & implement)
• Creative (must be able to convert mundane tasks into exciting activity-based tasks)
• Eye for detail (must be able to update existing content flawlessly with spelling corrections, alignment, aesthetics, new data, etc.)
• Teamwork (must be willing to work on feedback given by Superiors & Peers and help make a good working environment)
Knowledge Required:
• Good command over MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Fair knowledge of picture editing (Audio/Video Editing would be an added advantage)
• Well versed with online search engines (Google, AutoCar, Wikipedia, etc.)
Content Development Job Description:
• Liaise and coordinate with clients to understand their training requirements. Consult, if required
• Schedule and be a part of a brainstorming session to formulate a storyline/blueprint for the particular module
• Undertake research work (internet, books, existing modules, etc.) in order to identify sources of information required for development
• Actual development of the product/process/soft skills training module that may include one or more of the following:
1. Program Design
2. PPT’s
3. Trainer Guide/Notes
4. Handouts
5. Workbooks
6. Scripts
7. Pocket cards
• Coordinating with Graphic team for development of creative the above-mentioned collaterals
• Presenting the first and subsequent cuts to the client, taking feedback, implementing the same, and finalizing the module
• Development of Pre & Post-tests, if applicable
• Conducting a Train-The-Trainer session for booting up the trainers on the content
• Incorporating feedback, if any, received while the pilot program is done
Additionally, the candidate might be required to:
• Assist other team members on other projects that are being developed simultaneously
• Work/support on developing SOP Manuals (relatively longer projects) as and when there a client requirement
