Overview
Responsibilities:
– Scouting, Servicing, Maintaining and Retaining Customers.
– POC for all BIZ Nest Customers under the Destination Living Vertical.
– Activating Serviced Apartments for Customers with a complete Check List
of Deliverables.
– Creating & Managing Inventory & Database of Real Estate Associates & Enterprises, Vendors, Service Agents.
– Making reports for Management and Customers.
– Work closely with the In-House Verticals & Teams.
Skills:
– Graduate with excellent communication skills.
– Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work independently
– An Extrovert with strong people and networking skills.
– Savvy with Microsoft Office – Excel.
– Exceptionally upbeat, Positive, enthusiastic and able to keep up to fast-changing situations.
– Preferred Goan and with own transport.
