Overview

We are looking for a smart and quick learner to assist our company in making the right decisions in the logistics realm. Candidates are expected to utilize knowledge and capabilities from their experience for the betterment of the company.

Responsibilities:

?     To ensure stock movement for the office & store.

?     To fulfill website, marketplaces, Cafe & retail orders and in a timely manner.

?     To ensure all happy soul product line stock received, verified, packaged, barcoded & maintained in the office warehouse.

?     To ensure any vendor returns/ replacement.

?     Making sure the orders are packed properly without any errors before it is dispatched.

?     Same day handover of the Happy Soul stock to the store.

?     Making sure the vendor sourcing leads are documented and shared with the vendor manager.

?     Working with all the departments.

?     To ensure smooth integration and data flow with the order fulfillment.

?     Provide analytical decision support as directed.

?     Reporting any glitches in the system.

Requirements

?     Must have the ability to collaborate effectively, work cross-functionally, build relationships, and excel in a team environment.

?     Good interpersonal skills

?     Good at managing systems and problem-solving.

?     Familiar with E-Commerce Processes.

?     Fluent in English.

?     Energetic and dynamic.

?     Good with Excel.

?     Working in a start-up or early-stage environment.

Education and Experience Requirements:

?        Bachelor’s degree/MBA.

?        The ability to multitask effectively.

?        Strong management, and decision-making skills.

?        Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

?        Effective written and verbal communication skills.

?        3 years experience in the relevant field.
