Overview
Revenue & Business Management
- Generate sales revenue with aim to over achieve Month/ Quarter Budget.
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability.
- Business & Opportunity Trends: Prepare detailed reports to discuss with reporting manager the buying trends, customer requirements and preferences.
- Prepare reports on Brand guidance’s – Product Mix, ASP, etc.
- Work closely thru reporting manager to increase walkin at the store.
- Customer Lead Management System (LMS): Own end-to-end LMS in coordination with team members. Should have the latest data/ report available at any given moment of time.
Team Management
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Responsible for planning weekly offs and managing leave of absence by team member(s). Ensure discipline in terms of store opening(s)/ closure & breaks.
- Up to date product/ technology on Company’s product portfolio.
Customer Experience
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Store Hygiene
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations .In coordination with Housekeeping, maintain ambience of the store.
Retail Hygiene
- Arrange promotional/ Trade marketing material and in-store displays.
- Ensure planogram and demo videos are displayed during store hours.
- Digital Hygiene Online feedbacks (positive & negative) of the store should be discussed with reporting manager and addressed.
Store Operations
- Coordinate with/ W/o team – stock inward, outward, invoicing, returns, etc. Meet other departments daily/ weekly requirements/ reports – Accounts; Facilities; Business; Marketing, etc.
- Sound knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word & MS Excel required. Knowledge on MS PowerPoint (Optional).
- Sound knowledge of Tally would be a great advantage
Job Requirement:-
- Graduate with min 2 to 3 years experience in Retail specially Electronics & Consumer Durables.
- Willing to go an extra mile to drive business to the store.
- Knowledge of Marketing tools via digital media would be a great advantage.
- Good Communications Skills and convincing power is a must.
- Technology savvy with knowledge of Tally would be great advantage.
