Overview

The candidate should demonstrate strong product knowledge(check website: www.spintly.com ) along
with an ability to efficiently interact with commercial customers and help them in finding the right
product to suit their business needs.

Required Skills and experience

  • 4+ years Experience with Software sales for a SaaS products
  • Experience with HRMS, Payroll, Time and Attendance software sales preferred
  •  Credible experience in selling technology based solutions with a background of Software and
    Integration solution Sales.
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Effective Lead Management and Lead qualification skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools like Hubspot, Pipedrive, Fresh sales or similar

Roles and Responsibilities

  •  Performs sales activities for new and renewal business to achieve or exceed assigned revenue
    objectives/targets
  •  Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective
    customers to generate new business for the organization’s products and services
  •  Remains knowledgeable and keeps abreast of the company’s new and existing products services
    to facilitate sales efforts
  •  Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the
    industry researching and analyzing sales options.
  •  Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance researching
    and recommending new opportunities recommending profit and service improvements.
  •  Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new
    products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  •  Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive
    developments.
  •  Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems developing solutions preparing reports
    making recommendations to management.
  •  Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market
    activities, and competitors.
  •  Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  •  Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  •  Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and
    establishing personal networks.
  •  Travelling upto 75% of the time to client location.
