Overview

Sound knowledge on GPS based VTS (Vehicle Tracking System).
Good Communication with customers by telephone, email.
Investigating and solving customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been raised by customers.
Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as login issues or technical Issues.
Arranging and Coordinating with the engineers for Installation and troubleshooting of devices.
Configuration /Repairing & Stock Keeping of devices & Accessories
Learning about your organisation’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes.
Taking a scheduled dump of non working devices and doing follow up with the customers for the same.
Solving online & practically queries & working as Lead Technical Support Engineer in a reputed technical team.

  •         Interface with different vendors and large clients to develop and maintain organizational strategies, operational efficiencies, for increasing technical efficiency and profitability.
  •       Establish and maintain product service and support setup.
  •        Support local sales teams in technical queries for customers and corporate.
