Mrinq Technologies is looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to lead our customer service and after-sales support team. His main responsibility will be to provide an excellent customer experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Your job may include:
Visiting client locations and gathering requirements.
Ensuring that the deployment team is informed about the client requirements and are equipped to provide excellent service.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Talking to customers and discovering and resolving customer complaints.
Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Requirements:
Potential candidates should have:
Degree/Diploma in B.E / B.TECH or related field.
A minimum of 0-2 years experience in the technical field. Freshers welcome.
Should be able to use different software tools provided by Spintly.
Wi-Fi/Networking knowledge a plus.
Driving License required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
should have basic knowledge of electronics hardware and should be ready to learn more.
should be ready to travel from Goa to Bangalore wherever required for customer support.
Location: Goa
Salary: Starting from 7000, depending on your experience/knowledge.
