Experience – 1 to 4 years
The job holder should be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and prototypes. They should be able to transform ideas into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.
The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design and have superior user interface design skills. He or she should be able to present examples of previous design work on request.
Web/Graphics Designer Responsibilities
· Gather business requirements
· Participate actively in effort estimation
· Translate business requirements and objectives into digital experiences
· Combine UX thinking with design execution to produce usable prototypes and interfaces
· Develop graphics for product illustrations, company branding, websites, mobile and desktop applications
· Translation of mock-ups and wireframes into responsive front-end interfaces
· Strong attention to detail
· Comply with delivery plans
· Follow agile practices
Organisational Responsibilities
· Seek and participate in development opportunities above and beyond required training
· Actively participate in the skill development of your colleagues (workshops, presentations)
· Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
· Actively contribute to corporate knowledge base

SCSS, LESS
