- Making & Handling Phone calls
- Provide Customer Service
- Trouble Shooting Customer Problems
- Maintaining long term relationships with the “loyal/elite” customers
- Playing a critical part in achieving organization’s revenue goals

Requirements
- Good negotiation skills with excellent knowledge of Word, PPT and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, resource planning and presentation skills.
- Should be able to lead a team of 4-5 people.
And Some More
- 1-2 years of B2B/B2C consumer sales/relationship management experience is preferred
- A graduate degree (Engineering/MBA is NOT necessary)
