Its brand Coffeeza has made a powerful impact in a short amount of time. Coffeeza products are the top seller in their category on Amazon India. Moreover, their products are now even available at Foodhall stores (part of Future Retail). The company has aggressive growth plans and is looking to hire top talent to be part of its journey.

Position:- Dy. Manager, Marketing & Branding

Location – Verna, Goa
Experience – Min. 5 years in Content Writing, Marketing & Branding Products

Education: – Any PG/ MBA Marketing, B.Tech/B.E./BCA

Responsibilities and Duties

·      Designing and writing contents, press releases, magazine ads, flyers, other marketing collateral.

·      Designing and publishing posts, stories, update news, events on social media websites.

·      Calendar planning (social media/ sponsored campaign/ email campaign) and influencer engagement.

·      Email campaign creation/ execution and send out physical mailers to leads, ensure follow-up.

·      Suggesting improvements in website content, design, keywords and ensure proper website optimization (Coffeeza, Amazon, Flipkart and other e-portals).

·      Shortlist events to participate, plan promotions / contests / giveaways / advertising options.

·      Responsible for preparing packaging design, artworks for boxes and user manual and sourcing related products etc.

·      Reach out to editors, bloggers, and engage with PR agencies.

·      Responding to Negative Reviews / Seller Feedback on Amazon.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

·         Excellent written and verbal communication.

·         Creative in Content creation and out of box thinker.

·         Proficient in Adobe photoshop / illustrator.

·         Be able to manage website contents, backend, plugins and functionality.

·         Someone with passion and determination and a focus on delivering results.

·         Basic knowledge of Photography will be advantage.
