Job Experience and requirements
Freshers also welcome for internship positions. Applicants should be willing to learn and be flexible enough to work on multiple aspects of the product lifecycle.
Following each requirement is a number from 1-10 in a curly bracket like so { 1 }. These are points associated with each skill. If you have a working knowledge of the technology mentioned, then add this score to your total. “Working Knowledge” would be sufficient knowledge in a technology wherein you can solve a particular problem using it independently. eg. If you understand and code with HTML and can create a page then add 4 points if not no points are added. It is an all or nothing setup.
At the end of the list will be the minimum points we would like you to have to apply for the position. Internship applicants can disregard this scoring system.
Knowledge of
- HTML and DOM manipulation { 4 }
- CSS
- Any framework (Bootstrap, MaterializeCSS, Bulma )
- Worked with any of the above { 6 } Or Only Understand the Responsive Grid-View or Flex Box { 5 }
- Any framework (Bootstrap, MaterializeCSS, Bulma )
- JS
- Read, understand and implement JS libraries using their docs { 6 }
- Understanding ES6 and using Babel to transpile { 7 }
- Webpack / Parcel, Grunt / Gulp { 5 }
- Libraries
- momentjs { 4 }
- jquery with AJAX, any library or es6 syntax for XHR{ 8 }
- Datatables or Footables{ 4 }
- Underscore { 4 }
- Front end frameworks like React, Angular, Vue { 6 }
- Backend
- At least one of the following
- PHP with a framework { 7 }
- Node.js with a framework { 8 }
- Bonus points if you know both { 3 }
- Knowledge of Mobile Development ( Native or Hybrid ) { 5 }.
- At least one of the following
Git with Bitbucket/Github knowledge { 6 }
Understand Database concepts
- RDBMS { 6 }
- NoSQL { 7 }
Knowledge of building RESTful APIs and working with JSON { 7 }
Paas’ and services like AWS, Heroku, Netlify, Mlabs { 5 }
Strong analytical skills, should be able to work quickly to meet deadlines { 6 }
