POSITION: CUSTOMER BILLING ASSOCIATE

JOB TIMING: 6.30 PM – 3.30 AM (Night shift)

POSITION FUNCTION:

As a Customer Billing associate, your profile will include executing an entire billing cycle from sending client’s invoices, conducting follow up via email or calls and to ensure payments.  We are looking for a competent candidate to undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenues. You will require to be polite and sensitive towards people while also remaining committed to the purpose and persistent. Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency are extremely useful to succeed in this task.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Maintain database, prepare billing & paid invoices and send it to the clients
• Check the data input in the system to ensure accuracy of the final bill
• Follows up via emails & call on invoices submitted to ensure prompt and timely payment and escalates issues as necessary.
• Answer questions and handle queries from customers regarding bills
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the department.
• Maintain & prepare weekly/monthly report and submit it to management for review.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Attention to detail & reliable
• Excellent written & verbal communication skill
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Knowledge of Finance and Customer Billing
• Ability to run Card Transactions
• Willing to work in night shift
• Ability to multi-task.
• Good organization skills, demonstrating the ability to execute timely follow-up
• Excellent analytical skills with the understanding of the billing process
• Liasing with the AM & Delivery team as and when needed

REPORTING: to Head – Account Management

EXPERIENCE:

2-3 years of experience in billing or collection
Prior experience in voice process is mandatory
