Make People Decisions for the Biggest Companies in India (Goa)

In this project, you will be trained and will be responsible for a very important role of making people decisions for the biggest business in India.

You would become the eyes and ears for a 5 year old big organization called IDfy which makes People Decisions for the biggest names in the Industry like Uber, AirBnb, and Vodafone among others.

You will be given a candidate around your location and you would need to validate everything by visiting the residence or the office of the concerned person and asking some basic questions.

Once you are selected, you would be extensively trained in an online session on each and every aspect, on the business model of IDfy, how to talk to people, how to finally make the important decision.

In this project, you will be responsible for

·         Initiating first level of engagement with a potential employee.

·         Visit the residence/office of the candidate and ask some basic questions.

·         Update the IDfy app with the relevant outcome of the visit.

·         Average Stipend of INR 4,000/month: Fixed Amount + Incentive for every visit.
