About the Role
We are looking for a enthusiastic Customer Care Intern with strong written and spoken English skills to assist our clients across email, phone, social media, and live chat. In this role, you will resolve customer inquiries promptly, manage complaints professionally, and help maintain high service standards. You will also analyze feedback to identify service improvements and collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and high satisfaction.
· Address customer complaints professionally through email, phone, social media, and live chat.
· Maintain and strive to improve customer service SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
· Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement using root-cause analysis.
· Foster a customer-centric company culture through positive interactions and advocacy.
· Collaborate effectively with internal teams to optimize processes and service delivery.
Qualifications:
· Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Active social media user with an understanding of online communication etiquette
· A plus: Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, or Kannada
· Passion for photography (a bonus, but not mandatory)
Salary – 15-16K pm
Candidate residing nearby would be preferred
