About the Role
IDITRI Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Field Service IT Engineers to join our growing team in Goa. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about technology and want hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, CCTV, and POS solutions.
As a Field Service IT Engineer, you will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various IT systems at client locations across Goa.
Key Responsibilities
– Visit client sites for installation, servicing, and technical support.
– Configure and maintain servers, networking devices, Wi-Fi systems, firewalls, CCTV, and POS solutions.
– Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
– Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
– Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely project execution.
– Maintain service reports and client documentation.
Requirements
? Freshers are welcome – complete training will be provided.
? Basic knowledge of computers, hardware, and networking.
? Good communication and problem-solving skills.
? Willingness to travel across Goa for client visits.
? Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
? Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
