The Role
This is a full time role based in Panjim, Goa.
We’re looking for is a Sales & Operations Executive who brings clarity and consistency to the work that supports each Soluna journey.
This is a long-term operations role at the heart of how our journeys come together. You’ll manage enquiries and coordination behind the scenes, ensuring each trip moves smoothly from enquiry to end of journey.
Who This Role Is For:
This role could be a great fit if you:
- Have 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, coordination, hospitality, travel, or sales support
- Or are an experienced professional looking for a steady, meaningful role with responsibility and flexibility
- Are comfortable juggling multiple conversations and timelines
- Care about detail, accuracy, and clear communication
- Work proactively and anticipate what needs attention
A background in travel or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory.
