Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to lead our business expansion across Goa. The ideal candidate would be the face of BTSS, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Marketing Officer will target key sectors such as hospitality (hotels/resorts), events, industrial estates, residential complexes, and corporate offices to provide top-tier security manpower solutions.
Travel Requirement: Periodic travel across Goa
Key Responsibilities
– Lead Generation: Actively scout for new clients via field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals across North and South Goa.
– Client Acquisition: Pitch security manpower services (guards, supervisors, bouncers, event security) to decision-makers (Hotel GMs, HR Managers, Event Planners, Society Chairmen).
– Proposal Management: Draft and present commercial proposals, contracts, and tenders tailored to client needs.
– Negotiation: Negotiate rates and contract terms to maximize profitability while ensuring competitive pricing.
– Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and service offerings in Goa.
Qualifications & Skills
– Graduate in Business / Commerce
– Proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Field Marketing. Experience in the Security, Facility Management, or Hospitality industry is highly preferred.
– Strong understanding of the Goan market geography and key industrial/tourism hubs (Verna, Kundaim, Calangute, Panjim, Margao).
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Konkani and Hindi is mandatory for local liaison.
– Must possess a valid driving license and a personal vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) for daily travel across Goa.
