Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Admin Executive to join our Security Manpower Service Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible to support daily office and security operations by handling administrative work, maintaining records, and coordinating with security staff and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
– Maintain records of security personnel (attendance, duty rosters, leave)
– Assist in deployment and replacement of security guards
– Handle office paperwork, filing, and documentation
– Prepare basic reports and update records regularly
– Coordinate with site supervisors and office staff
– Assist in employee onboarding documentation
– Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor queries
– Support billing, payroll, and compliance documentation as required
Qualifications & Skills
– Graduate in any stream.
– 1–2 years of admin experience.
– Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
– Ability to handle confidential information.
