Key duties of a Reservation Executive:
- Booking Management: Processing reservations, modifications, and cancellations via various channels (phone, email, OTAs).
- Revenue Optimization: Implementing sales techniques to maximize occupancy and room rates.
- Customer Service: Promptly responding to inquiries, handling VIP requests, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- System Upkeep: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date database information.
- Reporting: Preparing, analyzing, and forecasting occupancy reports, trends, and statistics.
- Coordination: Working with front office and other departments to align operations.
