We are looking for a proactive Application Support Executive to provide technical and functional support for business applications. The role involves handling user issues, monitoring application performance, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day system operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 / Level 2 technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
Diagnose and resolve issues related to software applications, databases, APIs, and system configurations
Log, track, and manage incidents using a ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to development or infrastructure teams with proper documentation
Monitor system performance and report recurring issues or potential risks
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides
Ensure adherence to SLA, response time, and quality standards
Provide support during deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
BCA/BCOM/BSC
Freshers are welcome
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Work Environment
Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
1 Saturday/month
