Job Summary:
Endure Technology Solutions is hiring an Operations Assistant to support daily office, administrative, and back-office operations. The role involves supervision of office and infrastructure work, documentation, data handling, coordination, and ensuring a smooth internal workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and operational activities
- Perform data entry, record maintenance, and documentation
- Maintain physical and digital files, records, and databases
- Prepare basic Excel trackers and internal reports
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and government offices
- Support invoice processing and operational documentation
- Manage office records, supplies, and general office coordination
- Travel for office or operational requirements (2-wheeler license mandatory).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or Diploma holder (any discipline)
- Experience in back office, operations, or office administration is an advantage; candidates willing to learn on the job are also encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Professional work ethic and willingness to learn
- Fluency in English and Konkani is mandatory; Hindi is preferred
