We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to provide reliable technical assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot software and system issues, ensure timely resolution of tickets, and deliver excellent customer service while working closely with development and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 / Level 2 technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
Diagnose and resolve issues related to software applications, databases, APIs, and system configurations
Log, track, and manage incidents using a ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to development or infrastructure teams with proper documentation
Monitor system performance and report recurring issues or potential risks
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides
Ensure adherence to SLA, response time, and quality standards
Provide support during deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Freshers are welcome
Basic knowledge of databases (SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with web technologies (HTTP, APIs, JSON, XML)
Basic networking knowledge (ports, firewalls, DNS, TCP/IP)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
