About the Role

Dempo AI Business School invites applications for the position of Corporate Relations & Placements Associate. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening industry partnerships, enhancing the school’s placement brand, and driving impactful student career outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture partnerships with corporate recruiters, HR teams, and alumni networks, and ensure sustained engagement for internships and placements.
• Lead the end-to-end coordination of campus recruitment drives and internships, including scheduling, logistics, communication and post-drive analysis.
• Design high-impact placement brochures, recruiter decks, and visual assets using Canva, ensuring brand consistency and professional appeal.
• Mentor and guide students in resume crafting, LinkedIn presence and interview preparation to maximise placement readiness.
• Maintain and update databases of recruiters, student profiles and placement outcomes; prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Contribute to corporate-outreach campaigns and institutional branding initiatives for the School.
• Manage and leverage digital platforms (LinkedIn, CRM tools, email campaigns) to strengthen recruiter engagement and track outreach effectiveness.

Desired Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality or a related discipline, with a flair for relationship management and external stakeholder engagement.
• Some experience in corporate relations, campus placements or recruitment coordination will be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proven ability to engage with recruiters and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Canva, MS Office / Google Workspace and in the preparation of reports/dashboards. Familiarity with LinkedIn campaigns, CRM tools, or digital outreach platforms will be an advantage.
• Fluency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or other productivity platforms) will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, proactive mindset and ability to work during peak placement cycles.
• A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and passion for student success.
