Salary: 20K Gross (16K in hand) Non Negotiable

Location: St. Inez, Panjim, Goa (Near Caculo Mall)
_*Role Summary:*_
– As an Operations Executive in our Business Support Services team, you will be responsible for managing customer emails and ensuring they are handled quickly, correctly, and politely.
– You will be the first point of contact for incoming messages and will help route them to the right teams, ensuring customers receive the support they need.
Required Skills
– *Strong English communication* skills (both written and spoken)
– Good computer knowledge, especially MS Office, email writing, and report preparation
– Minimum *typing speed of 40 words per minute* with 100% accuracy
– Team player with positive interpersonal skills
– Good at time management and task prioritization
– Detail-oriented with an analytical approach to work
Key Responsibilities
– Monitor the GCS (Global Customer Support) mailbox for new emails from customers.
– Direct emails to the correct departments based on their topic and urgency.
– Organize emails by moving them to the correct folders or queues for smooth follow-up.
– Record important details of each email into our system (Dynamics or other platforms).
– Send acknowledgments to customers confirming that their messages have been received.
